November seemed the right time to get to work!
Every day we tried to respond to your needs, as best as we can. Therefore, we are building a new space, with better conditions and new services, for you.
Stay tuned and join us during this change!
The Mental Health Clinic Isabel Henriques has recently established a collaboration protocol with Mais Saúde Coimbra - Rui Couto (MSC), a space where physical exercise is practiced and health and well-being is promoted from childhood to the elderly.
The goal of this collaboration is to promote health literacy and promote better access to mental health services.
Thus, individuals referred by the MSC space may enjoy a 15% discount on the psychology services provided at the Mental Health Clinic.

Know Your Shit!
Know Your Shit is a workshop project in Coimbra aimed at young university students that works as a meeting place for them as young students and as adults in training who are struggling with similar doubts and anxieties.
The idea of Know Your Shit was born from the perception of this problem and the difficulty we know that young people have access to mental health services. The idea of common humanity helps us to understand that we are never alone in suffering and that there is always someone who perfectly understands what we feel, having already felt something similar.
Whether based on dynamic two- to three-hour isolated workshops or full-afternoon events that include relevant guests, the formats make it possible to address topics such as anxiety and burnout, adapting to a new country or city, sexuality, isolation, difficult emotions, mindfulness , positive psychology vs toxic positivity, impact of social networks, love and friendship... in a familiar and accessible place for students, this aims to be a small part of what can be a great solution for young people's mental health problems.
Have you paid attention to your body today? What about your breathing?
Soon, Mental Health Clinic Isabel Henriques will offer open Mindfulness practice sessions*, in Portuguese and in English.
Without commitment, you can enjoy this group time to learn how to breathe, learn how to listen to your body's signals and the basic teachings of Mindfulness practice.
The sessions will be held every Wednesday at 7pm, with a duration of one hour, and will be mediated by psychologist Andreia Martins.
Price per session: 20 euros
(the payment should be done one day before the session)
Stay tuned! We will disclose more information soon!
