Referral letter from your huisarts/family doctor
Before beginning therapy both a valid referral and (suspected) DSM diagnosis are required for treatment costs to be reimbursed through basic health insurance. You will need to obtain the referral letter and a (presumptive) DSM diagnosis from your general practitioner in the Netherlands to access specialized psychotherapy – Specialized Mental Health Care (SGGZ). Complete the intake documents
Once the referral letter has been sent to admin@isabelhenriques.com, you will be sent some documents to fill in, including four psychological assessment tests. This initial assessment aims to obtain information about the patient's current condition so that the most appropriate service can be provided.
Book your appointment!
Once all completed documents have been sent, we will contact you to schedule your first psychological counseling session. After the first session, you can choose to book the following sessions online in the Scheduling tab, or directly with your psychologist.
