Every year we negotiate new contracts with insurers to ensure the best conditions and comfort for our patients.

Payments
The payment invoice is sent digitally via a secure email service or directly to your insurance company. Depending on your insurance, we may or may not have contracts with your insurer.

Step-by-step reimbursement procedure
Receive your invoice at home or by email
If we do not have a contract with your insurance company, the invoices will be sent to your home address or e-mail and not to your insurance company. Therefore, it is always important that you inform us if you change your address and email.
File the invoice with the insurance company
You must then submit this invoice to your insurance company within two working days. You can do this by letter, e-mail or through your insurance company’s website/application, depending on the company.
Pending reimbursement
After you submit the bill to your insurance company, you will receive a reply from them, usually by e-mail, about the percentage that will be refunded by the insurer. A few days later, you will receive the refund in the account associated with your insurance.
Transfer refund
The amount must be transferred to the IBAN listed on the invoice within five business days. If the health plan only covers part of the treatment, the patient must pay the rest.
Treatments Not Covered by Health Insurance
Some treatments are not reimbursed under the Health Insurance Act, including:
- Couples Therapy
- Family Therapy
- Coaching Sessions
We recommend checking with your insurer about the specific coverage for these treatments.
Information about Reimbursements via ZPM
Our services are billed according to the Health Performance Model (Zorgprestatiemodel - ZPM). Coverage and reimbursement for these services depend on your health insurance plan.

No-show policy
All appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 business hours prior to the session. If the appointment is not cancelled within this period, it will be charged in full.
Eigen Risico
Regardless of the health insurer, when taking out an insurance policy, all adults have a minimum compulsory deductible of €385. This means that you will have to pay the first €385 of health costs (inside or outside mental health services). From this amount, the health insurer will assume the costs. If you have a higher deductible, the costs may exceed € 385. We advise you to check your policy for this year’s deductible amount.
Health plans 2024
In non-contracted insurance, all health insurance policies reimburse treatments at different percentages depending on the insurance and plan you have purchased. If the health plan covers only part of the treatment, the patient must pay for the rest. We follow the price lists of insurance companies, which are under the NZA. Therefore, we cannot indicate the exact amounts charged for each appointment as these may vary depending on the duration of the session, the therapist responsible for the session and your insurance company.
