Waiting list
We strive to respond promptly to intake and treatment queries. However, there may be a waiting list of up to 3 months. However, with our ever-expanding team, we will process your data and interest as quickly as possible, considerably reducing waiting times.
Therapist Replacement
If the therapist is unable to continue treatment, the patient has the right to continue treatment with another member of the team.
Duration of sessions
Individual sessions: 50-180 minutes
Couples sessions: 75-90 minutes

In case of absence, without prior notice of at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the session will be charged normally. The frequency of sessions is once a week, and the day and time of sessions will be maintained throughout the treatment. The schedule will be canceled in case of absence for two consecutive sessions, without any notice.

This allows clients and caregivers to jointly determine which caregivers can best perform certain roles in the client's care process.
Learning and improving together is essential to providing good care. This is why the National Health and Mental Care Quality Charter also contains a series of quality requirements to encourage carers to reflect together on the care they provide and to exchange knowledge and experiences.
