On November 23, the first workshop on the topic of emotional intelligence took place at our clinic. Starting with a more theoretical context, the emotional center of the brain, basic and complex emotions and their cultural differences in terms of expression were presented and discussed.
Our participants were involved in all activities and contributed a lot to make this an extremely dynamic and interactive workshop, allowing the sharing of ideas and personal experiences.
The practical exercises in which they were involved allowed them to perceive more clearly the concept of emotional intelligence and all that it encompasses, with a special focus on stimulating the recognition and self-awareness of emotions.
